GOOD morning! What makes your morning *good*? Coffee, a run, meditation, a book or daily reader? What are you needing these days during quarantine – just for you – to stay rational, functional, honest about reality and yet somehow grateful? I am needing quiet alone time in the AM (before Elearning, working, reminding kids to clean up after themselves, get off phones and get outside every day) with coffee, meditation and a few books on the couch with my fountain running in the background.
Today, I double-dog dare you – before jumping in to the fullness of your day – take a minute (or more) to do something for yourself to eeeease into it and contemplate all you have, all you do, and all you are. You deserve it!
And make it good.
